Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
• Orders are processed within approximately 3-4 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your package ships.
• These delivery times are estimates — delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, but the company strives to deliver on or before the estimated timeframe.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Details
• Customers are advised to double-check all shipping information before submitting orders — incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
• Packages are usually delivered by local postal services or couriers. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, a notice may be left describing where you can collect the package.
No Re-Shipments for Incorrect Addresses
• Xiori will not re-ship packages that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or because the recipient was unavailable.
• If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly — the company does not accept responsibility for packages that carriers mark as delivered, and no refunds or credits are issued in those cases.
Customs & Regulations
• Local customs inspections or required documents may delay delivery beyond estimated timeframes.
• You’re responsible for checking your local postal regulations for any restricted items before placing an order. Xiori isn’t liable for items refused, held, or seized by customs; if a package is seized, you may contact them to arrange a replacement at an additional charge.
