Return and Refund Policy


Xiori has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at

. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact.shopxiori@gmail.com.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, your order has begun prep for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact.shopxiori@gmail.com. If a returned item is sent back in any condition other than the original, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be charged.

Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Some products on our site are offered as subscription purchases for your convenience. When you purchase a subscription, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged every 45 days at the price shown at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 45-day billing cycle unless it is canceled prior to the next scheduled charge.

Charges & Authorization

By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize Xiori to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis without requiring additional authorization for each renewal.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal details are clearly displayed on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout before purchase is completed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or

  • Contacting our support team at contact.shopxiori@gmail.com

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Once a subscription renewal charge has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

All subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at contact.shopxiori@gmail.com and we will review your request.

Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated in accordance with our general refund policy and do not apply to subscription renewals that have already been billed.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, terms, or billing intervals at any time. Any changes will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance where required by law.
